I have thrown up three times before noon today. A new record! Luckily my class that I'm going to today is fairly pointless and requires no concentration. (Don't worry women; I have done the crackers, sprite, etc. The throwing up is by no fault of my own.)

oh, I'm so sorry you've started throwing up. I can't even eat plain saltines even now because it reminds me of feeling nauseous. I'm sure you've probably heard (or read) it all but some other things to try are:
- ginger snaps (or anything with ginger)
- sucking on a lemon (I never did try that, but I've heard it can help)
- jolly ranchers (my personal favorite)
- fruit snacks
- or eat anything at all that sounds good

You tend to appreciate the things that you sacrifice the most to get. The kids are worth it (though they may drive you nuts from time to time).
